PRODUCTION TIME
Products which are "in stock" will be delivered within 14 days. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, VIKA Jewels will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock again. Or if the clients requires faster procedure or shipping each item one by one please contact info@vikajewels.com
The delivery time in that case may take up to 8 weeks.
RETURN POLICY
If something has been damaged during the transit please return the jewelry to us.
We will replace it.
Items bought on big sale are not returnable for exchange or refund. All big sales are final.
The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 30 days.
Goods should be returned in their original and not damaged packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
Please note that the processing time of returns can take up to 30 days.
