108x Ø6MM smaller amazonite beads and one bigger Ø12MM amazonite bead at the end. The 8CM long tassel is made of recycled sterling silver. 10x different length filigree figaro chains. Handwoven, hand-picked and handmade in Bali.

FACTS ABOUT THE STERLING SILVER COLLECTION

Your jewelry is made of high quality 925 recycled sterling silver and all pieces have a surface treatment. These surface treatments will fade over time because of contact with clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution and many others.

Do not keep your jewelry in the bathroom because all of the moisture from your shower and sink will make the sterling silver pieces tarnish extra quickly. Jewelry bags from VIKA jewels are a great place to keep your jewelry, but you should keep in mind that it does not protect the sterling silver pieces from tarnishing and oxidation.

Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products like soap, perfume, suns cream and similar products. Do not wear jewelry when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering. Chlorine, detergents, oils, moisturisers & perfumes can all cause tarnishing and damage. Same for salt water and sand.

Remove jewels when doing household tasks. Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible. Make-up, perfume & hairspray all contain chemicals, which may dull the finish of your jewelry. Gently wipe the sterling silver creations clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils (from skin). Coil chains gently to prevent damage in storage.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Products which are "in stock" will be delivered within 7 days. If the customer orders several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, VIKA Jewels will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock again. Or if the clients requires faster procedure or shipping each item one by one please contact info@vikajewels.com

The delivery time in that case may take up to 8 weeks. Since the missing jewelry is handmade on demand on the island of Bali.

RETURN POLICY

If something has been damaged during the transit please return the jewelry to us.

We will replace it.

Items bought on big sale are NOT returnable for exchange or refund.

All big sales are FINAL.

The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 30 days.

Goods should be returned in their original and not damaged packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

Please note that the processing time of returns can take up to 30 days.
